    Covid-19 Policy

  • We hope to answer all your questions, related to our Covid-19 policy here, but if not please do not hesitate to ask us.

Updated details will be sent out prior to arrival.

    Covid-19 Flexible Rebooking Policy

Should we be prevented from opening by the government for your holiday dates then we will transfer all monies paid by you as a credit to another stay with us within 2022. This will also apply if the area where you live is placed into a local lockdown and you are not allowed by the government to travel. If this applies, please just let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival date along with details of the Tier and restrictions you will be under for the time of your booked stay. If you do not notify Sunnymead Farm by the rebooking deadline, it will be assumed that the holiday will be going ahead and therefore the flexible rebooking policy will no longer apply.

Any additional Covid-19 concerns relating to your booking please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help.

    Arrival

Contactless check-in is available, or if you prefer to check-in at reception then only 1 person per party please.

Camping pitches are available for arrival from 1pm-6.30pm. Static Caravans from 4pm to 6.30pm. Arrivals after 6.30pm please call-in advance to arrange contactless check in.

    Cleaning

To protect everyone, we have introduced a cleaning schedule for our facility blocks, at all times there will be a toilet accessible, but the blocks will be closed 2-3 times a day with closure times clearly displayed.

Hand sanitiser is available in each block and reception, please sanitise or wash your hands when you enter and leave.

    Social Distancing

Please observe social distancing when waiting for the showers, toilets, dishwashing and reception (please pack an umbrella in case the British summer weather lets us down)

A limited number of people will be allowed in our reception and facilities so please be respectful of this.

In the camping fields please respect other guests’ space and do not cut across pitches or allow children to run around other guests’ pitches.

No Day Visitors allowed on site – the government require us to keep records of who is on our site and also to reduce the impact on our facilities.

These new rules are for everyone’s safety and to meet government guidelines, we hope they do not adversely affect your stay with us, and we welcome your suggestions on how we can make positive changes.
