Camping Pitches
We offer two enclosures with only 36 large pitches for camping, with another area available for rallies or extra-large grass pitches in the summer holidays. The pitches are level and well kept, from most pitches you can see over the fields towards Lee Bay and the Welsh coast beyond.
The centre of the 3 camping areas is left open for children to play and the rally area is open for all to use for ball games in the summer.
Our pitches can accommodate tents, caravans, motorhomes, campers or trailer tents. They are marked out and numbered but there are no strict rules as to how you pitch up. How you place your tent or van is up to you, so long as it does not inconvenience your neighbours, and adheres to health & safety guidelines.
The majority of our pitches offer 16 amp electric hook-ups and we also have a few fully serviced pitches with ehu, water and gray waste drain.
If you would like to be close to Ranger, Winnie and Giz, pitches are available overlooking their paddock, so they will most likely welcome you when you arrive.
We encourage you to let us know where you would prefer to pitch before you arrive so we can do our best to place you there, as we want you to love Sunnymead Farm as much as we do.

General booking notes
Each nightly unit price includes two people and one vehicle, with a tent, caravan,
motorhome, trailer tent or camper van. We do not make a charge for the use of anawning**, but request that you please, only use breathable groundsheets.Pets are most welcome to stay, they need to be added as an extra to your booking but they stay free of charge, if you wish to bring more than the maximum number on the booking form please give us a call.Camping trailers and car trailers may incur extra charges, if you are unsure that your trailer will fit in addtion to your car and unit within the boundaries of your pitch please give us a call to check before booking
Minimum stays apply at different times of the year and this may result in no availability showing on our booking system, if this happens please call and we will see if we have a pitch available and can help
If you wish to book a specific pitch number please let us know, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.
Group bookings are subject to a small good behaviour security deposit, please ask for further details
*Pup tent definition: a very small 1 or 2-man tent, maximum of two occupants under the
age of 16 sited within the pitch boundary of accompanying unit, only one per pitch.
**Awning definition: canvas awning attached to a caravan, motorhome, campervan or
trailer tent – no substitutions or reductions in charges for non-use of an awning, breathable groundsheets only.16 amp plug in points on all ehu pitches, Generators are not allowed on site.
Charging of electric vehicles including full EV or plug in Hybrid is not permitted on site
All advance bookings require a 25% deposit per pitch, the balance needs
to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date, no refunds are given under any circumstances
so please ensure you have holiday insurance.

Your pitch will be available for you from 1pm on your arrival day and we ask that you
vacate by 11am on your departure day.
Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged subject to availability and payment of a
small charge. If you are likely to arrive after 6.30pm please call Reception to arrange a contactless checkin and when arriving late, please be aware fellow campers may be sleeping.
